Phoenix Oyster Liquid Culture

Phoenix Oyster (Pleurotus pulmonarius) liquid culture. A warm-weather cousin of the common oyster mushroom, Phoenix Oyster fruits at higher temperatures and produces generous flushes of pale, fan-shaped caps with a mild, slightly sweet flavour.

Our liquid cultures are prepared in sterile conditions using a proprietary nutrient broth that promotes healthy mycelium growth. Each syringe contains visible mycelium strands indicating viability.

Storage: Refrigerate upon arrival. Use within 6 months for best results.
