When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We guarantee that all liquid cultures are prepared in sterile conditions and are free from contamination at the time of dispatch. We inspect each culture before shipping.

If you receive a contaminated product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos showing the contamination. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we provide cultivation guides and advice, results depend on many factors outside our control including technique, environment, and substrate quality.

We are not liable for failed grows, crop losses, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.
