Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.

Packaging

All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging. Liquid cultures are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap to protect the syringes during transit. In colder months, we may include additional insulation to protect temperature-sensitive items.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time due to import restrictions on biological materials in many countries.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll either send a replacement or provide a full refund.
