Quality Guarantee

Every liquid culture is prepared in sterile conditions and visually inspected before dispatch. If you receive a contaminated product, we'll make it right.

When We Offer Refunds

Contaminated on arrival

Product shows visible contamination when received

Damaged in transit

Syringe leaked, broken, or otherwise damaged during shipping

Wrong item received

You received a different product than what you ordered

Order never arrived

Package lost in transit (after reasonable delivery window)

When We Cannot Offer Refunds

Failed grows due to technique

Contamination introduced during inoculation or incubation

Change of mind

Due to the biological nature of our products

Improper storage

Product left in unsuitable conditions (extreme heat, freezing)

Claims after 14 days

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within 14 days

    Email us at hello@maverickmyco.co.uk with your order number

  2. Provide photos

    Clear photos showing the issue (contamination, damage, etc.)

  3. Describe the problem

    Brief explanation of what happened and when you noticed the issue

  4. We'll respond within 48 hours

    We'll review your request and offer a replacement or refund

Refund Options

For valid claims, we offer:

  • Replacement: We'll send a fresh product at no extra cost
  • Store credit: Credit added to your account for future purchases
  • Full refund: Returned to your original payment method within 5-10 working days
